1. Submit Your Request

Contact us at support@condobag.com with a clear explanation of the damage or product failure. Please include:

• A description of the issue

• Photos showing the defect or damage

• Proof of purchase

2. Send It Back

Once your request is approved, ship the item to us at the address provided. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

3. Replacement Process

• A replacement item will be shipped to you within 30 to 60 days of receiving your returned product.

• If the same item is no longer available, we’ll provide a similar item of equal value.

 

Exclusions

 

Our guarantee does not cover:

• General wear and tear

• Damage caused by improper use or accidents
